Limits on our responsibility
Our total responsibility under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the system. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Some states don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state.
